The one-time setup fee covers pre-configuration of all equipment before shipping, coordination with your internet provider if needed, remote installation and testing, user account creation, and a full training session for your team.
Absolutely! You can add users at any time. We'll ship additional equipment and update your billing accordingly. Contact us when you're ready to expand.
For teams of 10 or more, we offer volume discounts and custom solutions through our Enterprise Bundle. Contact our sales team for a personalized quote.
After your initial term (12 or 24 months), your service continues month-to-month at the same rate. You can cancel with 30 days notice, upgrade your plan, or sign a new term for additional benefits.
Both bundles include unlimited remote support. On-site support is available as an add-on for $50/month, which covers unlimited visits within Georgia. One-time on-site visits can also be arranged at $100/visit.
The UniFi Dream Router is yours to keep regardless of contract length. Desk phones (Pro bundle) remain CGT property during the contract but can be purchased at fair market value when you cancel or become yours after 24 months of continuous service.
